Traumatic obturator hip dislocation is rare. It accounts for 6 to 10 % of traumatic dislocations. occurs in the context violent trauma a favourable position. We report case an unhelmeted motorcycle passenger who allegedly fell from his landed on side knee. pelvic X-ray showed left hip. Under general anaesthesia, was reduced performing associated with axial traction then internal rotation adduction. immobilized brace 21 days, bearing allowed after 60 days. At 36 months follow-up, functional radiological results are satisfactory.
